Organic Polenta. Similar to Cornmeal, Polenta has a fine, granular texture; more like semolina than normal flour. Use as you would pasta. Serve hot with any sauce.
Cooking instructions: Cook 100g Polenta with 500mls water + salt or stock. Simmer, often stirring, for approximately 3 minutes.
This is a loose product sold by weight. Your order will be packaged in a paper bag or a repurposed container. The weight dispensed will be as close as possible to the weight select but may be a few grams over or under.
