Fermipan is a quality dry yeast that producers of bread and bakery products rely on. It provides high quality by using a low rate of yeast, has a shelf life of two years, doesn’t require a cool environment and is preserved in room temperature.
It rapidly activates and ferments by mixing with the dough instantly. It gives great flavour and aroma to bread and other bakery products.
After fermentation before being used, the dough can be held at room temperature without collapse and rotting away for 5 hours and in the refrigerator in a cool environment for 10 hours.

This is a loose product sold by weight. Your order will be packaged in a paper bag or a repurposed container. The weight dispensed will be as close as possible to the weight select but may be a few grams over or under.
